Complete Restoration of a Container Trailer
Unitruck service provides truck and trailer repair and restoration services of varying complexity. 2026. In early summer 2026, our team completed a full restoration of a Huffermann HTSA 18.77 container trailer, registered in 2007 and owned by SIA “Tolmets Vidzeme”.
The restoration project focused on fully restoring the trailer’s technical condition, structural integrity and key operating systems to ensure safe and reliable use in everyday operations.
Container Trailer Restoration Works
The restoration included a comprehensive range of trailer repair and refurbishment works, including:
- Complete trailer frame restoration – frame cleaning, welding, straightening of deformations and repainting.
- Bracket restoration – cleaning of components, repair of worn mounting holes and repainting.
- Electrical system restoration – replacement of cable fasteners, rewiring and replacement of lights.
- Restoration of holes in steel structures, ensuring proper component connections and structural integrity.
- Complete pneumatic system restoration to ensure reliable and safe operation.
- Application of an anti-corrosion coating to the trailer frame, providing long-term protection against moisture and environmental factors.
- Repair of the moving assembly – replacement of rollers and restoration of the assembly’s proper operation.

Following the complete restoration, the Huffermann HTSA 18.77 container trailer has been fully refurbished and prepared for safe, reliable and long-term operation in demanding day-to-day work.
