In 2025, the <strong>Investment and Development Agency of Latvia<\/strong> and <strong>Unitruck <\/strong>signed an agreement for support under the Latvian Recovery and Resilience Mechanism Plan. The support was granted under Component 2, \u201c<em>Digital Transformation<\/em>,\u201d within the reform and investment area \u201c<em>Digital Transformation and Innovation of Enterprises<\/em>,\u201d specifically for the investment \u201c<em>Support for Process Digitalization in Commercial Activities<\/em>.\u201d  <\/p>\n\n<p>Using this support, Unitruck implemented significant improvements in its commercial processes by introducing a modern auto service management solution.<br\/> <br\/> <br\/><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The implemented system will provide:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>more transparent and efficient communication between the service and clients,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accurate tracking of service work, reflecting the time spent and materials used,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>structured accumulation of clients\u2019 service histories,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the ability to provide informed recommendations on completed and upcoming work,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><br\/>broader diagnostics and analysis capabilities based on historical data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This digitalization initiative enables Unitruck to enhance service quality, improve the customer experience, and provide even more accurate and professional service.<\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, under this support program, Unitruck also implemented a resource management system (ERP). The ERP solution was introduced to streamline the company\u2019s warehouse processes, track goods movement, and maintain accurate records, ensuring more precise and efficient resource management. <\/p>\n\n<p>Importantly, the resource management system is closely integrated with the auto service management solution.
