Automatic fire suppression systems

We offer a complete solution for fire suppression systems that meet the highest safety requirements. The system we offer is certified according to the highest industry standards, thanks to the high quality criteria of the manufacturer's research and development department. As an official distributor and installer, we guarantee that each solution meets international safety requirements and the individual needs of customers.

Our customers include companies whose equipment operates for a long time in difficult conditions, for example, in hot or dusty environments. Such conditions create an increased risk of fire, and this requires reliable and effective fire suppression systems.

We provide technical solutions for agricultural machinery, including tractors, combines, logging machines, harvesters, forwarders, loaders, wood chippers and crushers, as well as other industrial equipment that is subject to increased loads.

2022. In 2022, SIA “Unitruck” began cooperation with “Reacton Fire Suppression Ltd.”, which is the world’s leading manufacturer of automatic fire suppression systems. The quality is confirmed by the fact that the products have received the highest ratings in internationally recognized testing centers and laboratories, while only our employees who have received factory training and qualifications are entitled to install the system.

Customers receive high-quality products, professional consultation, system installation and subsequent service, which provides long-term reliability and safety.

Direct-acting Systems

Fire protection of electrical switchboards - direct-acting systems.

Fire suppression systems “Reacton” offer high-quality protection against fires caused by electrical installations. Electrical installations are often the main cause of fires in buildings, and can endanger not only the electrical installations themselves, but also surrounding materials and structures.

“Reacton” fire suppression systems offer high-quality protection against fires caused by electrical installations. Electrical installations are often the main cause of fires in buildings and can pose a threat not only to the electrical installations themselves, but also to surrounding materials and structures. The Reacton system quickly detects and effectively extinguishes flames directly at critical points in the electrical installation, such as electrical switchboards, preventing the spread of fire at an early stage.

Using Novec™ 1230 gas, this technology provides complete protection without damaging electrical installations and other sensitive components. The systems are installed directly at the risk points, ensuring a faster response than traditional external fire detection systems.

In addition to fast and effective protection, Reacton systems use pneumatic action, which allows them to operate without external power sources. This guarantees continuous protection 24 hours a day, even if the power supply is interrupted. The systems are particularly suitable for preventing class A, B and C fire risks, also in ventilated installations.

With the Reacton system, companies gain safety and reliability, as it eliminates the risk of fire and production downtime, guaranteeing fire safety at any time of the day.

Indirect action systems

Indirect action automatic fire suppression allows both the combination of different types of extinguishing agents in one system and the increase in the amount of agent by adding additional cylinders. Automatic flame and heat detection is carried out with a special tube, which is filled with nitrogen gas at a pressure of 25 bar at 20°C before the system is activated. If the detection tube melts under the influence of heat, the pressure in it decreases and a valve opens pneumatically, allowing the extinguishing agent to flow out of the cylinders. The agent reaches the nozzles located in the risk zone via hydraulic hoses.

Such a system actuation mechanism allows them to be equipped with manual actuation using a pneumatic-mechanical push button or an electrical signal in combination with a solenoid valve.
