Based on our successful previous cooperation, in April 2025 AS “Latvijas Finieris” again turned to LLC Unitruck to purchase a new Schwarzmüller semi-trailer. Already in 2024 the company had expanded its fleet with two Schwarzmüller semi-trailers, so the positive experience and reliable collaboration encouraged the decision to continue working with us.
Why Schwarzmüller?
The main reason for choosing Schwarzmüller curtain-side semi-trailers is the lightweight frame, which reduces the tare weight to 5.6 t. Compared to semi-trailers of other manufacturers, this allows saving up to 500 kg in weight, enabling greater cargo transport efficiency.
Ordered Configuration
Within this project, AS “Latvijas Finieris” opted for a semi-trailer with the following equipment:
- Lightweight frame
- SAF axle with disc brakes
- Automatically lifting 1st axle
- Opening side walls and roof
- Reinforced roof for weather protection
- Spare wheel
- Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
- Lockable toolbox
- Additional work lights and reverse signal
- Total cargo capacity: 92 m³
An additional requirement was digitally printed tarp material displaying the company’s information. Schwarzmüller’s factory offers this as a high-quality alternative, ensuring durable visual design and avoiding poor quality post-print finishing.
Production Cycle
From order confirmation to delivery of the semi-trailer to the client took five months, which included the full manufacturing process and final delivery to AS “Latvijas Finieris”’s fleet.
