The TLK is a single-operator wood sawing machine, introduced to the market in 2022, designed to meet the needs of manufacturers looking for high productivity, small space requirements and low energy consumption. It is a combined automatic sawing and splitting system capable of producing firewood with programmable cross-sections.

The equipment consists of:
TL 650 – Thanks to the powerful hydraulic chain saw solution, the TL can actually handle logs up to 650 mm in diameter.

KX650 – The KX650 splitter is equipped with PLC control as standard, so that it can always operate in automatic mode. The log section can be electronically adjusted to a minimum size of 20×20 mm.
The mobile splitting wedge allows the log to be split against a fixed barrier and logs of different lengths from 200 to 500 mm to be processed, automatically adjusting the stroke and thus reducing cycle times.

Finally, the shock-absorbing supply chain under the log splitter is made of steel to better withstand the wear and stress caused by the splitting operation.
The machine has centralised automatic lubrication to facilitate regular maintenance. The splitting unit is powered by a 22 kW electric motor.

or KV700 splitter – The KV 700 splitter has two independent, mobile splitting wedges arranged in a ‘V’ shape, allowing logs from 150 to 500 mm in length to be processed. The machine is powered by a 30 kW electric motor and each wedge has a tractive force of 16 tonnes. The cross-section of the split logs can be adjusted electronically and, thanks to the presence of a special additional lever, it is possible to quickly convert firewood production into firelogs with a minimum cross-section of 20 x 20 mm.
Another distinctive feature of the KV 700: the log splitter feed conveyor is made of steel to better withstand wear and tear.

The VSP 60.60 belongs to the category of single-operator wood splitters: fully hydraulic and manually controlled, they are ideal for logs up to 600 mm in diameter. They are designed for use in a ‘mobile’ version with tractor power take-off, with diesel engine or in a stationary electric version. The cutting unit consists of a chain saw. The splitting unit consists of a double hydraulically driven log splitter with a 20 tonne tractive force.

The sawing system consists of a 2000 mm long supply chain that delivers the material to the chain saw.
The hydraulically driven sawing machine produces logs of different lengths, the last log being at least 200 mm long. The sawn blocks are transferred to the splitting station by a guided roller table.
The log splitter, with double manual hydraulic control and 20 t tractive effort, consists of a curved wedge with four orbital knives. The maximum splitting height is 500 mm diameter up to 700 mm.
The machine is designed to allow one operator to achieve excellent results by alternating sawing and splitting operations; with two operators, productivity is even higher

The TLC is a firewood processor that has been on the market since the 1990s, appreciated worldwide for the construction, mechanical and technological features. It is a very versatile, automatic cutting and splitting combined system, which guarantees high performance with a single operator. Models: TLC 1000 – 1100 – 1200 – 1300

The machine has several important features: a high-performance combined sawing and splitting machine for firewood production that can be easily operated by a single operator.
The new TLC keeps its strengths unchanged, such as the versatility to work with both ‘log to log’ and ‘mixed’ wood assortments; a sawing unit with a side disc saw that is able to reduce consumption, transport sawdust naturally and without scattering, ensuring good access to the log after cutting and facilitating better visibility for a single operator;
The TLC 2024 can operate with cutting discs with diameters of 1000, 1100, 1200 or 1300 mm, thus handling logs up to 51 cm in diameter.

The PROFESSIONAL 2.0 circular sawmill is the technological result of a process that began in the 1980s, when Pezzolato built the first industrial systems for large-scale firewood production. These are machines designed to process bundles of mixed wood of non-homogeneous diameter and length, producing firewood with minimum waste in automatic or manual mode.

PROFESSIONAL 2.0 can handle logs from 3000 to 6800 mm in length.
The sawing is performed using a sawing wheel with carbide teeth, the diameter of which can be varied from 1000 to 1200 mm, thus allowing the processing of logs up to 470 mm in diameter.

The TL600 MOBILE single operator processor is powered by a 173 hp JOHN DEERE 4045C – I550 autonomous engine and has a fully hydraulic control system. Thanks to its 1500 mm diameter high-speed sawing disc with tungsten carbide teeth, it easily handles logs with no length restrictions, from 300 to 600 mm in diameter, guaranteeing a precise and long-lasting cut.

The automatic vertical splitter ensures continuous firewood production for all types of logs and can process logs from 50 to 500 mm in length, with a minimum diameter of 300 mm. However, diameters smaller than 300 mm (minimum length 50 mm) are accepted for firewood production.
The operator controls the machine using the joystick and the control panel, configuring the operating parameters in a simple and intuitive way from inside the air-conditioned control cab. Once the logs are loaded into the solid feed channel (6 mm thick Weldox), they are conveyed to the sawing station by a powerful hydraulic clamp, which also acts as a pusher in the automatic cycles. Log feeding and clamping during the sawing phase is automatically controlled by software via a double hydraulic lever, allowing the production cycle to run uninterrupted even in phases where the clamp moves backwards, over the log to be cut or to clamp a new log.
